The team here at Plus Guardian Canada takes the current times we are operating within very seriously. We have always practiced the most sterile of operations and have given even more attention to detail in an attempt to combat the COVID-19 situation.
At Plus Guardian Canada, we do not use a large factory to ship our product, everything is packaged and shipped in house. Going forward, instead of having multiple people in the office shipping and packaging orderers we will have only one person at a time so we can practice social distancing. All team members handling shipments will be wearing protective gloves and masks to ensure the safety of our beloved customers. Our shipping couriers are still operating, however with the upmost caution. We have made arrangements for our couriers to assign a pick up time, where they’ll find our fully sealed packages waiting for them in the lobby. There will be no direct face to face contact throughout this process.

Warranty On Mask? We do not offer a warranty on our products. However, if your product was received defective or damaged before your first wear. Please reach out to us at mailto:email@example.com detailing the issue with proof and we will send you a replacement or refund. Please note if you have worn it more than once there is no warranty.
Can I return the mask? No. For safety reasons, any mask(s) purchased will be final sale and cannot be returned. These are all final sale. Please also note that if you receive a tracking # and we have shipped it out, there is no returns allowed other than the item being defected.
Please also note, Returns are only accepted if it has not been shipped yet, if you get a tracking # we cannot return the mask as it is not safe to re-sell at this point and it has left our warehouse and received by Canada Post.
